Walks through history

The Association of Licensed Guides in Gettysburg will have a series of 'Walks Through History' in 2012. Each Tuesday a guide will lead an evening walk, dedicated to a specific topic. These walks are ideal for those who want an in-depth view of a specific aspect of the Battle. The fee is $30, and a seventh tour will be free. The complete series of 14 tours would require 12 paid tickets and two would be free.

You can get more details from the Association of Licensed Battlefield Guides, or call The Brickhouse Inn on 717-338-9337, or 1-800-864-3464.

Spring blooms at The Brickhouse Inn, Gettysburg

Spring come to The Brickhouse Inn - or is it summer? This photo was taken today (March 15) showing daffodils, a camellia, and flowering cherry trees. It's all happened so suddenly - I can't keep up with pruning the roses!
